X-Mas Eve Live-Cooking
Celebrate Christmas Eve with family, friends and acquaintances on the evening before the holidays at Hotel Heerlen. On Monday 24 December we organize the X-Mas Eve Live Cooking. Live Cooking starts at 5.30PM and lasts until 9:00PM.
From our various buffets we serve you a wide range of hot and cold fish, meat and vegetarian dishes.
Our enthusiastic kitchen team presents:
- A soup buffet with soup of the season.
- A salad buffet with various salads such as; Niçoise salad and Greek salad with accompanying dressings.
- A cold starters buffet with various cold dishes such as; Ardennes ham with melon, smoked salmon, vitello tonato and herring with onions.
- A warm meat buffet with delicious dishes such as goulash and meatballs in ketjap and saté sauce.
- A fish buffet, a la minute, various fish dishes for you baked and cooked.
- Delicious live-cooking dishes including pork slices, salmon, sole, oriental prawns and wok vegetables.
- A live cooking pastabuffet, our cook prepares various pasta's a la minute.
- A dessert buffet with a chocolate fountain, fresh fruit, whipped cream, cream puffs and bavaroises.
- Always including unlimited coffee, cappuccino, espresso and tea

Including coffee & tea, soft drinks, beer from the barrel and house wine
Adult rate: €42.50 p.p.
Children from 4 to 12 years old: €17.50.

Book for more than 20 adults? This can only be done by telephone! For reservations of more than 8 people it is unfortunately not possible to pay separately.
